Solar Flares

Solar Winds and Spirituality

The last few days has been rough. At first, I thought it was just me. I was tired, my husband is 15 hours away for work and I am fighting a long struggle with moving my business and building a clientele base here in West Virginia. I thought it was just me, until I started having friends, clients and family messaging me and struggling with their mental health.

Since moving to West Virginia, I stopped caring about the Northern Lights- because to be frank, I can't see them here! So when my inbox was being filled with people asking me what was wrong- it hit me like a brick.. Solar winds..

Sometimes we don't know why we get affected by things the way we do. We can't explain why we struggle or why.  The last week or so, I really started to find joy in diving deeper into myself. Understanding more about my past lives, my past encounters and spending time with my husband before he took his trip- but then as soon as he was gone, it was like a switch flipped. I was struggling with everything, and I couldn't seem to pull myself out of my funk.

Before I remembered hearing about the solar storms, I had chalked this up to being used to seeing him every day, and then having him be so far away and unable to chat much.  Once I recalled hearing about the solar storms, I instantly knew this wasn't something to just push through, instead we just needed to weather the storm.

Solar Storms, Sun Flares and Geomagnetic Storms.

I'm sure most of you haven't heard of the term "Solar Storm". Simply put, solar storms and solar flares are caused by the sun projecting energy into space. These flares can be caused by holes in the suns atmosphere and project energy into space at a very high rate of speed.

This energy, penetrates the Earth's surface and affects everything. This energy affects cell phones, high voltage power lines, technology as a whole and also affects people- all of us in slightly different ways.

"Solar radiation storms occur when a large-scale magnetic eruption, often causing a coronal mass ejection and associated solar flare, accelerates charged particles in the solar atmosphere to very high velocities. The most important particles are protons which can get accelerated to large fractions of the speed of light. At these velocities, the protons can traverse the 150 million km from sun to Earth in just 10’s of minutes or less. When they reach Earth, the fast moving protons penetrate the magnetosphere that shields Earth from lower energy charged particles. Once inside the magnetosphere, the particles are guided down the magnetic field lines and penetrate into the atmosphere near the north and south poles." (Read More...)

These solar storms impact the energy that surrounds us during these storms. This energy affects how we interact with others, our aura's and our perceptions on various items, such as our emotions, reasoning and logic.
A Geomagnetic Storm is caused by the solar winds caused by eruptions on the sun's surface. These solar winds cause the phenomenon known as "Aurora Borealis" or the Northern Lights.

"A geomagnetic storm is a major disturbance of Earth's magnetosphere that occurs when there is a very efficient exchange of energy from the solar wind into the space environment surrounding Earth. These storms result from variations in the solar wind that produces major changes in the currents, plasmas, and fields in Earth’s magnetosphere. The solar wind conditions that are effective for creating geomagnetic storms are sustained (for several to many hours) periods of high-speed solar wind, and most importantly, a southward directed solar wind magnetic field (opposite the direction of Earth’s field) at the dayside of the magnetosphere. This condition is effective for transferring energy from the solar wind into Earth’s magnetosphere." - Read more...

Solar Flares

So what does this have to do with us?

These solar winds can cause a variety of symptoms in ourselves- but they can also bring forth feelings of pain if we recently suffered a loss of a loved on or if we recently suffered a trauma in our lives.  Common symptoms of solar winds include the following:

  • Headaches or migraines
  • Trouble with sleep
  • Vivid Dreams
  • Becoming more aware
  • Irritability
  • Losing track of time
  • Trouble with wireless technology
  • Inspiration coming forward at random times
  • Spiritual Ascension
  • Becoming aware of other dimensions
  • Messages from Spirit
  • Ringing in ears
  • Lethargy
  • Nausea
  • Depression
  • Increased Anxiety
  • Feeling of being overwhelmed

Now the first thing you need to eliminate is a medical issue- so if you are legitimately concerned, I highly recommend you see your doctor.

But if the symptoms don't warrant a trip to the doctor- they might be attributed to the solar winds. Solar winds or solar storms are a good time for us to really take care of ourselves, and can also help us with growing spiritually.

We have vibrations we vibrate at. Generally speaking, good vibrations are high, and bad vibrations are low. When we have a solar storm disturbing the energy field around us, it affects our vibrations and affects how we are interacting with our surroundings.

Working through Solar Storms:

Solar storms don't have to be a bad thing- in fact they can be a great time for us to dive deeper into ourselves and make self discovery.  Here are some tips to help deal with this heavy energy:

  • Meditate and release negative energy from you
  • Use a relaxing salt bath blend
  • Drink lots of water
  • Reduce intake of caffeine & alcohol
  • Relaxing aromatherapy
  • Ground yourself- walking in nature, meditating outdoors etc
  • Be gentle with yourself
  • Distance yourself from negative people

It's important to recognize that we can't force ourselves to just "be fine" through times like this, instead it's important to be gentle with our selves through these periods, and just to weather the storm until it has passed.
