Our solar plexus is one of the most under played chakras, but has such a massive impact on our spiritual self.
This chakra is a generator; which means that it creates power within us. This chakra works in conjunction with our crown and soul star chakra’s to build a connection to the divine, which is like the starter on the generator. From this starter, we can spark the generator which then creates the power from within us. Pretty cool huh?
Now obviously the crown and soul star chakras have other purposes as well, and we will discuss those purposes in future units.
Our chakra is most often blocked by anger, resentment, low self-esteem and lack of power. When we see cultures and ethnicities oppressed, we can see this chakra reacting and manifesting through their power and inspirations to rise above the oppression, and we can also see it manifest in those who are doing the oppressing, but over reacting with guilt, shame and embarrassment.
