Integrating After Lionsgate

What to remember after ceremony- integration.

It’s incredibly easy to get caught up in the energies that surround ceremony and energy work. It’s easy to become hooked to that feeling, the feeling of euphoria, clarity, power.

These energies are powerful, and are needed to feel this way in order for us to receive what we are needed to receive from Spirit. While these energies are vital, they can soon become toxic, consuming you and distracting you from your true authentic purpose. This is where the process of integration must be applied.

The process of integration is vital to manifestation, as this integration process is where we make behavioral and habit changes to help prepare the foundation for what we are attempted to manifest into this physical world.

This process requires us to hold ourselves at our new frequencies, the frequencies that have been downloaded and installed within us after exploring these energies and receiving these energies during ceremony.

Tips How To Integrate With Fewer Obstructions

1. Be honest with yourself. When you aren’t living in alignment with what you were inspired by or guided to manifest, you will struggle with integrating these lessons and upgrades. Practice reflection meditations, personal introspection, and forgiveness for yourself when you believe you’ve fallen short.

2. Ground. Grounding practices are vital during these integration periods. We can feel overcharged, filled with inspiration. But that inspiration must be channeled properly, and grounding allows us to do that. This helps keep us from living with our head in the clouds, and allows us to navigate the journey fate has laid out before us.

3. Meditation. During this time, it’s very wise to begin a daily meditation practice if you haven’t already done so. This helps us reset and find centeredness throughout our days, helping us to maintain clarity and peace through turmoil.

Integrations are a huge piece of our enlightenment journey, and without integrating what work we are doing in meditation and applying it into our daily life to assist us in maintaining our upgraded frequencies, we will be spinning our wheels, not gaining much but expending a lot of energy.
