We emit energy into this world. Good vibrations, bad vibrations- we emit both of them during various points for lives. We can see these vibrations this with our auras, with how animals interact with us and our emotions.
We emit this energy by the choices we make, the moods we set and our intentions in this world. When we do this, the universe will match pitch with this energy and return it back to us. This energy is directly related to how we react to situations, and is closely tied to our perspective and our realities.
Perspective is the lens that we use to look at our realities. This perspective can be different between each and every person, and can drastically change what our reality looks like. If we chose to dwell on the negatives and put that lens on, then we will attain a negative mindset, and that negative mindset lower our vibrations, bringing forth negative manifestations.
When we have low vibrations continuously over a period of time, that is when we might struggle with depression, lack of motivation and lack of self worth or value. We might hear ourselves saying "The universe hates me", "Why does God hate me?" "I just can't get a break"...
This mindset, is a victim mindset- and it creates and breeds these negative energies. We have all been there- we find ourselves making excuses for our situations, blaming karma or God or fate- instead of owning up for our actions that place us there, and trying to learn from our experiences.
When we are vibrating at this lower frequency, we have to put forth a real effort to break this cycle and it takes a lot of effort. This is a vicious cycle, and will often times take a big wake up call to break. Be it losing your job, losing a close friend, getting in trouble with the law etc; these wake up calls are like a snap back to reality. Until we have these wake up calls, we will continue to receive back to us the negative energies we are putting into the universe.
Most of the time, this effort requires balancing our chakras, admitting our shadows and dealing with them. Not removing our shadows from ourselves, but gathering a deep understanding of them, and working with them to find balance and wholeness at a soul level.
Our life is never going to be all positive or all negative. We ebb and flow- we can not experience the positive without the negative. How we deal with those negatives sets the stage for our mindset, and will therefor trickle down into the energy we are putting out into the world. This will then directly influence what we manifest. We attract what we put into this universe, the Law of Attraction has long since proven that.
I believe that our life, our journey, is full of ups and downs. These downs will be what changes us, what molds us into the soul we are. Our life, our journey is directly influenced by our free will.
At any moment, we are capable of changing our destiny, changing the path we are on. We are in direct control of our mindset, our situations and how we handle them.
When we are looking at the positives surrounding our situations, we are more able to adapt to the situations, grow from them and take the life lessons that come with them. From the hard times in our lives, be it a victim of a crime, a bankruptcy, losing our jobs, losing a loved, or a mental or physical disease, we are given an opportunity. Learn the lesson that comes with these hardships, evolve and grow as a soul or fall into a negative mindset.
What mindset we chose to fall into determines what the universe will return back to us.
Some may call this karma.
And let me fill you in on something- Karma isn't a bitch.
Karma is a wise elder who will sit you down, serve you the tea you've been serving everyone else. If you don't like this tea- honey you better start working to make it better. If karma is a bitch, it was because you were too.
I can't tell you what tomorrow is going to bring- because I refuse to dwell in the past or the future, Instead, I chose to focus on what I can control now, today, in the present life that I am living.
I refuse to allow past life traumas, future predictions and other various excuses to allow myself to slip into a victim mentality. Instead I chose to live every day as best I can, find the love and light in the world, and do my best to spread as much positivity, love, peace and kindness as I can, and I encourage you to do the same.
