Beauty in the Ugly

What beauty surrounds us that we don’t even recognize? How many times I took this sight for granted. How many times I overlooked the beauty. We are all at a beautiful point in our lives. We have the opportunity to take back our power. To take back what is ours and to take back our heritage. What needs weren’t being met before this pandemic hit? Our spirituality and our desire for understanding, knowledge and connection were needs that were flat ignored before this pandemic hit.

Now many are experiencing their dark night of the soul and are walking through the valley of the shadow of death, and will come out again with a new awakening. This pandemic has given us the blessing of discovering what needs we need to be nurturing and what aspects of our selves we need to tend to and heal.

Fully embrace this situation and focus on what you have right now. Focus on the good you have, focus on healing and growing. Focus on creating a connection to the divine and building a relationship that can sustain you. Begin to focus on where you want to work to contribute to the world, then do it!! This pandemic can not keep us from changing our perceptions and beliefs.

We might not see it. But we are at a beautiful point in our lives. See the beauty that surrounds you.
